Nyarch Linux is an Arch-based, rolling-release Linux distribution designed for "weebs", or non-Japanese persons interested in anime, manga, cosplay and other aspects of the Japanese culture. Some of the distribution's custom features include "Catgirl Downloader" which downloads random pictures of cute catgirls, "Nyarch Assistant", a digital companion which helps with a range of computing and real-life tasks, "Material UwU" which serves as a desktop wallpaper and theme chooser, and "Nyarch Customize", a tool to facilitate desktop layout customisations and animations. Besides the standard release, the project also provides a special variant with pre-configured proprietary NVIDIA display drivers; both come with the GNOME desktop.

Proxmox is a commercial company offering specialised products based on Debian GNU/Linux, notably Proxmox Virtual Environment and Proxmox Mail Gateway. Proxmox Virtual Environment is an open-source virtualisation platform for running virtual appliances and virtual machines. Proxmox Mail Gateway is a mail gateway with anti-spam and anti-virus features. The products are offered as free downloads with paid-for support and subscription options.

Bazzite is an immutable Linux distribution based on Fedora and designed with gaming in mind. It can run on desktop computers, the Steam Deck, and other handheld gaming devices. The base system is read-only and packages are usually supplied using Flatpak bundles. Bazzite is available in GNOME and KDE Plasma desktop variants.

ToaruOS is a built-from-scratch hobby operating system with a bootloader, kernel, drivers, C library and userspace. It includes a composited graphical user interface, a dynamic linker, a syntax-highlighting text editor and a network stack. The product, developed by Frozenbox, comes with MATE as the default desktop environment.

Linux Lite is a beginner-friendly Linux distribution based on Ubuntu's long-term support (LTS) release and featuring the Xfce desktop. Linux Lite primarily targets Windows users. It aims to provide a complete set of applications to assist users with their everyday computing needs, including a full office suite, media players and other essential daily software.

IPFire is a Linux distribution that focuses on easy setup, good handling and high level of security. It is operated via an intuitive web-based interface which offers many configuration options for beginning and experienced system administrators. IPFire is maintained by developers who are concerned about security and who update the product regularly to keep it secure. MagOS Linux is a Russian desktop-oriented distribution based on ROSA, a distribution that was forked from Mandriva Linux in 2011. It uses the RPM package management. MagOS Linux comes with KDE Plasma desktop by default, but it also ships the lightweight LXQt desktop for older and low-specification computers. Besides the standard upstream packages from ROSA, the project also provides its own RPM package repository (with various network and NVIDIA display drivers), as well as separate modules (in XZM format) with extra hardware drivers, server tools, MATE desktop, Wine emulator, Java software and additional web browsers, including Chromium and Yandex.

Drauger OS is an Ubuntu-based Linux desktop gaming distribution that ships with many modifications and optimizations over stock Ubuntu; these are intended to improve gaming performance and the gaming experience. From simple changes such as swapping GNOME out for KDE Plasma and using a dark Qt theme by default, to more complex changes such as using a kernel compiled in-house and replacing PulseAudio with Pipewire. umbrelOS is a Debian-based Linux distribution for home servers. It is available for standard 64-bit and Raspberry Pi computers. The distribution features a web-based user interface and an online app store with a large range of applications, anything from web hosting, productivity and finance to media streaming, networking, automation, artificial intelligence, development and Bitcoin mining. umbrelOS is developed by the US-based Umbrel, Inc., which also sells palm-sized personal home computers with up to 4 terabytes of storage.

It is a minimal operating system image which includes only the tools needed to run containers and it supports all of the popular methods for running containers. The distribution ships an immutable filesystem and includes automatic atomic updates. Flatcar Container Linux runs on most cloud providers, virtualization platforms and bare metal servers.

Talos is a specialist Linux-based operating system for running Kubernetes, an open-source system for automating deployment, scaling and management of containerised applications. Minimal, immutable and hardened, it does not offer any shell or interactive console; instead, all system management is done via remote Application Programming Interface (API) calls, where messages sent from a client application are protected with mutual Transport Layer Security TLS (mTLS) authentication. Talos also delivers atomic updates, thus maintaining the Linux and Kubernetes versions up-to-date. Talos is developed in the USA by Sidero Labs, Inc.

Live Raizo is a live Linux distribution based on Debian "Stable". It's purpose is to experiment with system administration on simulated networks and real devices; it contains simulators of networks and systems (GNS3, QEmu, Docker, VPCS) and also Debian virtual machines already integrated into GNS3. Live Raizo also includes tools to interact with real devices, such as minicom, Putty, Wireshark, as well as DHCP, DNS, FTP, TFTP and SSH servers. The distribution uses the Fluxbox window manager and can optionally be installed to a hard drive.

Vipnix LiveCD is a portable Linux distribution built on the legacy of Gentoo Linux, Funtoo and Macaroni OS. It combines Gentoo's source-based optimization, Funtoo's innovative tools and Macaroni OS's modern, container-friendly approach. NebiOS is an Ubuntu-based desktop Linux distribution with a custom Wayland compositor called NebiDE (based on Wayfire). It features various user interface enhancements, an initial setup module called OOBE, the NebiOS App Runtime (napp-runtime) portable application format with bubblewrap containerization, improved gaming performance with Steam Proton integration, a kernel switcher for easy multi-kernel installation, and the Wine compatibility layer for running some Windows applications. NebiOS is intended as a general-purpose operating system for daily computing tasks, including creative work and gaming.

CachyOS is a Linux distribution based on Arch Linux. It focuses on speed and security optimisations - the default Linux kernel is heavily optimised using the BORE (Burst-Oriented Response Enhancer) scheduler, while the desktop packages are compiled with LTO, x86-64-v3 and x86-64-v4, Zen 4 optimization, security flags and performance improvements. The available desktop environments, window managers and Wayland compositors include bspwm, Budgie, Cinnamon, COSMIC, GNOME, Hyprland, i3, KDE Plasma, LXDE, LXQt, MATE, Niri, Openbox, Qtile, Sway, UKUI, Wayfire and Xfce. CachyOS also ships with both graphical and command-line system installers.
