Home Assistant OS (HAOS) is an independently-developed, Linux-based operating system optimised to run Home Assistant, an open-source home automation tool. It focuses on local control and privacy. HAOS uses Docker as its container engine and deploys Home Assistant Supervisor as a container. Home Assistant Supervisor in turn uses the Docker container engine to control Home Assistant Core and Apps in separate containers. The product is available for various single-board computers, like Raspberry Pi or ODROID, but it also supports x86-64 systems with UEFI boot mode.

Expirion Linux is a Devuan-based desktop distribution which offers LXQt and Xfce desktop editions. The project provides separate releases built from the latest "stable" and "testing" branches of Devuan, with runit and SysV as init system options. Expirion ships with a more recent kernel than Devuan does and it also adds some user-friendly touches, custom themes and wallpapers, as well as productivity applications, such as LibreOffice, Chromium, Firefox, Thunderbird, Audacity, Brasero and VLC.

Plop Linux is an independently-developed Linux distribution for desktops and servers, available for the i486, x86_64 and armv6l architectures. It is designed for advanced Linux users. The distribution does not include a package manager; installing new software is done by compiling it from source code. The desktop edition of the Plop Linux ships with the Xfce and MATE desktops as well as the Fluxbox window manager. The distribution's server edition comes with basic server software installed, but additional programs, including web servers, databases and programming languages can be easily added from the project's repositories.

Linux Q83 is a desktop Linux distribution based on Debian's "Stable" branch. ML4W OS is an Arch Linux-based distribution featuring a heavily customised Hyprland tiling compositor. The project specialises primarily in creating advanced configuration for Hyprland, so called "dotfiles", which are available for installation on several other Arch-based distributions, as well as Fedora and openSUSE. However, the live ML4W OS ISO image is a standalone, full-featured Linux distribution with all Hyprland configuration files, applications, icons, themes and wallpapers included.
