Genuen is a spin of Devuan GNU+Linux consisting exclusively of Free Software (as defined by the Free Software Foundation) and a choice of several alternative init systems, such as OpenRC, Runit, s6 and SysV. The distribution ships with the GNU Linux-libre kernel. The project provides installation images for desktop and server deployments, as well as pre-configured live images with JWM, KDE Plasma, Openbox and Xfce desktops available for the i686 and x86_64 architectures.

Exton Linux is a set of over 15 Linux distributions based on Arch Linux, CRUX, Debian, deepin, Fedora, openSUSE, Puppy Linux and Slackware Linux. They are designed to be lightweight, fast and easy to use. Exton Linux comes with popular pre-configured desktop environments and a set of pre-installed software packages, including web browsers, office suites, multimedia players and development tools. It also includes various customization options, such as the ability to change the appearance of the desktop and install additional software packages. NagisinnraLinux is a Japanese Linux distribution based on Debian's "Stable" branch. Featuring a lightweight Xfce desktop, it is specifically designed to revive older hardware and provide a snappy and minimal, yet fully functional desktop environment for daily use. The distribution's main features include out-of-the-box support for the Japanese language, advanced memory optimisation, use of zram compression to guarantee smooth multitasking, and removal of unnecessary and redundant services to maximise battery life and CPU responsiveness.

StratOS Linux is an Arch-based Linux distribution which uses scripts from Bedrock Linux to include various packages and repositories from other Linux distributions. It provides several desktop variants featuring the GNOME desktop as well as the Hyprland and the Niri Wayland compositors. The project also develops several custom tools, such as StratVIM (a fork of the Neovim text editor), Rockers (a custom package manager wrapper able to fetch and install binary and source packages from other Linux distributions and from Flatpaks), Stratmacs (a custom Emacs configuration), grab (a fetch script), and Maneki-Neko (a Welcome application).

Senpai Respins is a set of (principally) MX Linux respins with Cinnamon, GNOME, LXDE, LXQT, MATE and Moksha desktops and window managers, user interfaces that the upstream project does not offer. It also provides a respin of Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE) with MATE, and MX Linux with the Parrot distribution installed on top of it. The MX Linux variants offer a choice between the systemd and SysV init systems. Other than integrating a new desktop into an existing distribution, Senpai brings very few other modifications, leaving the software composition and visual appearance of the upstream project intact.

ML4W OS is an Arch Linux-based distribution featuring a heavily customised Hyprland tiling compositor. The project specialises primarily in creating advanced configuration for Hyprland, so called "dotfiles", which are available for installation on several other Arch-based distributions, as well as Fedora and openSUSE. However, the live ML4W OS ISO image is a standalone, full-featured Linux distribution with all Hyprland configuration files, applications, icons, themes and wallpapers included. It can be installed to a hard disk using a custom text-mode system installer. The project also provides extensive documentation about setting up and configuring Hyprland.

SweetPotatOs is a lightweight, Arch-based Linux distribution designed specifically for older computers. It uses a Wayland tiling compositor called Swirl (a fork of Sway and Scroll) with a layout inspired by niri. The distribution can be installed to a hard disk with the help of the Calamares system installer. In its default state, SweetPotatOs ships a number of popular applications, including the Firefox web browser, the Gimp image editor and the Transmission bittorrent client. It also includes Shelly, a graphical package management utility.

Argent Linux is a Gentoo-based Linux distribution featuring the KDE Plasma desktop and designed for workstations and servers. It uses the systemd service manager which, as it is not available in the upstream Gentoo repositories, the project itself provides in the form of binary packages. The distribution favours the epkg package manager, a highly simplistic wrapper over portage, specially designed for precompiled binaries. Argent Linux maintains a semi-rolling release model, with a stable branch and a development (testing) branch.

BRGV-OS is a rolling-release Linux distribution based on Void and featuring a customised GNOME desktop with variety of unique themes. It offers out-of-the-box support for English and Romanian languages. The project aims to facilitate developers, researchers and users to transition from Windows or macOS to Linux by maintaining familiar operational habits and workflows. BRGV-OS was originally created for Banca de Resurse Genetice Vegetale (BRGV), a gene bank research institute in Suceava, Romania, and is now also available to the general public.

NebiOS is an Ubuntu-based desktop Linux distribution with a custom Wayland compositor called NebiDE (based on Wayfire). It features various user interface enhancements, an initial setup module called OOBE, the NebiOS App Runtime (napp-runtime) portable application format with bubblewrap containerization, improved gaming performance with Steam Proton integration, a kernel switcher for easy multi-kernel installation, and the Wine compatibility layer for running some Windows applications. It is the mission of BlueOnyx to provide a fully-integrated Internet hosting platform that includes web, e-mail, DNS and file transfer services from a simple, user-friendly web-based interface that is easily installed on commodity hardware or virtual private server.

Neko-Void is a Void-based rolling-release distribution featuring a preconfigured MATE desktop environment with carefully selected software. It is designed for users who want Void Linux's stability and minimalism with modern desktop functionality. The distribution ships with a custom system installer called Kasha Installer, and is available in two separate editions, with either X.Org or Xlibre display servers.

MakuluLinux is a rolling-release, desktop distribution based either on Ubuntu's LTS (long-term support) release or Debian's "Testing" branch. It includes pre-installed multimedia codecs, device drivers and software for everyday use. MakuluLinux comes in four editions: "LinDoz" - featuring the Cinnamon desktop with the user interface customised to resemble that of Microsoft Windows, "Core" - presenting a highly customised Xfce desktop environment, "Flash" - providing a standard Xfce desktop, and finally "Shift" - delivering a pre-configured GNOME desktop environment.

SparkyLinux is a set of Debian-based desktop Linux distributions. The project provides separate editions with KDE Plasma, LXQt, MATE and Xfce desktops, as well as a lightweight flavour featuring the Openbox window manager. It offers two variants of its products - a conservative one based on Debian's "Stable" branch, and a more up-to-date one derived from Debian "Testing".

Univention Corporate Server is an enterprise-class distribution based on Debian. It features an integrated management system for central administration of servers, Microsoft Active Directory-compatible domain services, and functions for parallel operation of virtualised server and desktop operating systems. UCS offers such features as a single sign-on portal and an app centre. One key component of UCS is the Identity and Access Management (IAM) utility which acts as a central solution for managing identities, roles, and groups. The integrated portal with Single Sign-On and self-service functions provides access to all IT services and applications and can work across blended Linux, Windows, and macOS networks.

FlickOS is a minimalist desktop Linux distribution based on Debian "Stable" and featuring the labwc Wayland compositor. It includes Waybar (a customisable Wayland bar), mako (a lightweight Wayland notification daemon), fuzzel (an application launcher and fuzzy finder), foot (a lightweight terminal emulator) and PCManFM (a lightweight and fast file manager). The distribution also offers three desktop layouts, optional window tiling, the Waypaper wallpaper picker and the Calamares system installer. FlickOS ships some popular desktop packages, including the Firefox web browser, the LibreOffice office suite and the VLC media player.

Shanios is an immutable desktop Linux distribution based on Arch Linux. It provides optimised builds of the GNOME and KDE Plasma desktop environments. Like most immutable Linux systems, Shanios features rollbacks for instant system recovery, atomic updates through a custom deployment tool called shani-deploy, and Flatpak integration. The distribution's other main features include a blue-green deployment strategy using Btrfs subvolumes, preservation of system integrity with a read-only root partition, and enhanced security through AppArmor profiles, firewalld configurations, and full-disk encryption.

Essora Eos is a set of desktop Linux distributions based on Devuan, featuring the JWM or Openbox window managers or the KDE Plasma or LXDE desktop environments. It uses the OpenRC init system and the Xlibre display server. The distribution aims to be clean, minimal, fast and customisable, with only the essential tools installed by default. Essora Eos uses the Calamares system installer and provides a custom graphical configuration utility called "Essora Control Centre".

Kader⁴² is an Arch-based Linux distribution featuring the KDE Plasma desktop. It is designed primarily for convertible laptops (the types that offer both laptop and tablet modes), with useful features such as display rotation, appropriate launchers and menus for notebook and tablet modes, pre-configured swipe gestures similar to those on Android or iOS, and on-screen keyboard in tablet mode working out of the box. The distribution ships with the Calamares system, LibreOffice office suite and a large number of popular productivity and multimedia applications.
